I've made this but can't seem to make it work. The plane and the glider work well on their own but I can't get the winch to work properly. If you can't fix this, go for it !!

-AG2 : Tow Plane lights
-AG6 : Winch (VTOL to reel unreel)
-AG7 : Activate Glider control surfaces
-AG8 : Activate Tow Plane control curfaces (VTOL for flaps)

I did an experiment with your glider, I was using a heavier plane(a 20 ton plane) to tow the glider and it didn’t make me crash like your Cessna... the glider plane has the CoL ahead of the CoG, there’s your problem
Edit: also your Cessna CoL/CoG is too close
