Heres a (title says it) test. I tried using fuselage parts as wheels. They were unsuccessful no matter how much i put up the bouyancy and weight. I also tried a chasis. How the heck do u make a successful chasis?! And wheels? Ive tried wing wheels but they always break apart. Ive seen other fuselage wheels but they arent a single fuselage and arent they modded to get their shape? Pls help me make a suspension system chasis and fuselage wheels that are 2x2 in size (see my forum of 2x2 wheels)

I'm not a dev for the game I'm just saying a reason why they might have did that
I think the devs did this to save time and memory a perfect circle has infinite points to make that it would require a large amount of polygons it would make it hard to use
What I mean is if the thing is set to curved it's only visulal it only looks different if it's set to hard it shows where the collision box is you can't use one fuslage block for a working wheel@wheelmaker
I do also@PuhBuhGuh
Maybe the devs will change this in a update
The reason why is the hitbox is cubic like when the corners are set to hard or if you make it bigger
The wheels are pretty big but it might work for what you need
Kerbalvehiclescompany I have a chassis that I stole from somebody I believe it is named GraveDigger in my profile u can use it if u would like :)
I can help you with a very basic suspension. It should be pretty easy to make.
dude, have you tried fuel? if you have and it does not work, then give up.
