ladies and gentlemen , this is one of my Atlantic fleet submarine . it uses my invention of VTOL balance system and ballast system (the black thing under the sub) to dive as well as surface CONTROL : power up to full to surface . power down about 70%?80% to dive . use pitch to balance like a plane and roll to steer.
