The General is a plane that was cut from Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge.
It is only discovered in texture files and it never got to appear in the final version. The General was originally about to be used by Die Spinne forces, however the developers of the game chose not to use the plane for them. There is a rumor that the plane may had appeared in the demo versions and beta versions of the game.
