XBM-490 “ARTEMIS” w/ (Ambassador)
Designer: ATLAS WEAPONS DEPARTMENT
Year of development: 2019
The XBM-490 or Experimental Ballistic Missile is a hypersonic ballistic missile designed to be launched from a heavy bomber. The missile has no guidance equipment and must be fired on a zeroed in target and elevation. It is a little tricky to handle as the aircraft must be level and elevated upwards as recommended in order not to collide with the aircraft. It is equipped with fin rotated slightly in opposite directions causing the missile to spin thus increasing its range.
Controls:
Normal plane controls (bomber only)
Ag1 to launch (recommend launching at a 30 degree angle pointing the nose upward.)
P.S. I managed to hit the USS Beast and Wright airport from Yeager, but make sure you have good elevation. I would recommend taking a couple test fires just to zero in on your target.
