Based on the Incan artifacts that resemble aircraft, Live models have been built and proven to be aerodynamically feasible, Here I recreate it in Simple Planes, I have also tested this design in Kerbal Space Program, Added some guns for fun.

@napkin7 Thanks! I had to do something for the swirl, I'm not talented enough to do it with fuselage blocks so I opted for lights and it worked well.
The lights on the wings are a really nice touch.
