Story:

The M-98 was first created in October, 2030, and the final model had its first test flight on April 21st, 2031 after the major success of the M-97. Because the M-97 was costly to produce, IconTech needed a less expensive and more expendable version. Then, the M-98 was born. Instead of having the intention to destroy a fleet, it would target them. The M-98 would drop its SC-1 Sonobuoys into the water to scan targets up to ten miles away, illuminating the enemy fleet and allowing the allied fleet to make a plan of attack.

Sneak Peak

Design:

The M-98 has an AN/APD-10 Radar system that was scrapped from an IconTech owned C-130E. Now, the radar has received some updates, as it was quite outdated. But, this radar is one of the things that makes this aircraft complete its mission. It's designed to be streamlined, to be aerodynamic, unlike the M-97. It also has stealth technology that makes it nearly undetectable by ships.

Armament:

x1 G/M-7A Gatling Gun
x2 ATGM-3BV ‘Inferno’ Missiles
x5 SC-1 Sonobuoys

Controls:

Sonobuoys: AG 1, 2, and 3
Takeoff: AG:8+Throttle
Flight: deactivate AG:8, Throttle

Happy Flying!

Just a small mistake in the writing. More than once you accidentally meant to put “M-98” instead of “M-97”. Great plane otherwise! Also, those sonobuoies were VERY nice.
