Marshall-Lewis ML-347 Atlas flying boat.

VTOL down for flaps.
AG2 for landing lights.

To take off, use half flaps, full nose up trim. Pitch up at about 180mph. Keep her nose up until you clear the water. Keep a close eye on trim, you'll need to back it off once you gain airspeed. Once airborne she's fairly easy to fly. For landings, throttle down to 45%, full flaps down, and increase trim gradually as your speed drops. She should be good for landing at about 160 mph. Airbrakes are available for reducing speed on landing approach and to slow once in the water. I have a rudder on the lower hull to help with turns on the water. No landing gear, so you can only take off from water. You can set down on land, just don't expect to get in the air again. Hope you enjoy flying!
