Takeoff:
Set power to 100%, inputting less power than 75% doesn't guarantee you to be able to takeoff, pull up at 70kn in 5-10° of climb angle up until you reach 350ft in wright airport or 1000ft in yeager and bandit airport, additionally you can activate the smoke generator when you're ready to takeoff
Landing:
Line up with the runway, reduce power to 35-65%, slowly descent, note that this thing doesn't have flaps, lower gear and touch down
