This strange looking plane is the JLX-SkybusA. It is a General Aviation aircraft capable of seating 6 people. Its slightly elongated shape and extra seats for a GA aircraft is where the term Skybus originates. Not to mention the yellow schoolbus coloring. Intended for island hopping, the Skybus boasts twin turboprop engines to achieve low altitude cruise of 250+ mph. With a service ceiling of 14,000 ft., the aircraft is a great option for small group and light cargo transport. This was a fun and slightly different approach to the GA model, and definitely inspires me towards some new ideas to work on.
