INFORMATION:

MQ-22 BlackEagle was an UAV design for Modern Combat situation where Stealth and High Precision was priorities, Thought BlackEagle was not that stealth, but he is still incorporating some stealth Capabilities, such as low RCS, etc. BlackEagle was has some unique Avionics Control, and it was "Fly By Gyro System" this system is allowing the controller to control this Aircraft more Stable, it's like "Fly By Wire System" but has some Minor Difference, but it can actually Turned Off and the Drone will be more manuverable but less Stable, that's why when the Operator decided to Turn it off, the Tail become V-Tail to make the Drone little bit more stable.

If you use Low Physics you might be experiencing some clanky noises... That is from the Tail, soo don't get surprised that it's little bit clanky and noisy when the Physics is on the Lowest Setting.
