This is my entry for the creativity challenge. It is a replica of a B-Wing Star Fighter from star wars Return of the Jedi. In the movie the B-Wing is featured briefly, when the Rebel forces are flying towards the death star two squads of B-Wings are seen. B-Wings feature slightly more prominently in the Star Wars Rebels animated series by disney. The B-Wing is a Heavy Assualt Fighter, which means it can be used for dogfights, but is bulkier and less agile than shipssuch as A-Wings or X-Wings. However, They more than make up for this lack of manuverability with their firepower, they are one of the most powerful ships the Rebel fleet has at its disposal. One of the coolest features on a B-Wing is the Gyroscopic rotating cockpit, which spins with the plane. I managed to add this into my SP replica [warning: may result in dizzimess and/or sickness!] which i am very proud of. THe B-Wing has a armourment pod located at the bottom of the craft, which housed Bombs, Missles and one of the cannons. THe wings on the B-Wing can move up and down, down for cruising, up for attack. Mine can also do this. However, making it in excess of 350 parts, and uneven weight didpersal, has made its flying capabilities in SP limited.
