Island Hopper mk. 1 b
First plane of the Island Hopper series. It will include various short/medium range planes. As (nearly) always this plane features:
-custom landing gear
-flaps
-glowing windows
-custom lights
To take off set the flaps to 2 (5=up, 1= down), then gradually throttle up to about 60%. While climbing retract the flaps and continue to climb as desired. You will notice that the plane has the tendency to pitch UP while flying at 100% throttle, you can compensate that by trimming down. To land extend the flaps to 1. and continue with your approach. Note that you need to fly fairly fast and low. I can't give you more exact informations because the speed varies depending on the weight of the plane (how much fuel is left, wow much dead weight/cargo you want to transport).
For those of you who might wonder why I started with a new series with out completing the last plane...well I can't complete it because my mobile isn't good enough. As you might know I had to remove the windows of the last version because the part number was too big. I would have to "destroy" many details to add other details....and I think you know what I mean. So the DreamJet mk. 9 X series is in my eyes a beautiful yet failed project.

@Benny3053 only way I could help you is by building it for you, and that's way too much work. A few hours, at least. That's why I generally don't build airliners.
@EternalDarkness I tried to build a cockpit with the technic that you suggested. It just won't work. Can you help me?
@GreatGuy take this plane as an example, I placed them just like on a real plane
@Benny3053 it takes quite a bit of practice and patience to get it right. It's a very complex technique.
I need to know how to place the lights and where@Benny3053
@GreatGuy no problem, how can I help you?
@EternalDarkness I tred to make a cockpit with the other technique and it ended in a mess. I managed to let the airplanes nose look like a speedboat lol. I'll keep trying to improve the design but the next few (2-3) versions will still use this cockpit design. Of you got some advice I would be great full!
i also need help with the lights ive never done it before lol@Benny3053
Ok please check out the (released version to)@Benny3053
@GreatGuy you made good progress with you passenger plane but I've got some tips for you: what about colours or lights?
Now thats what i call a plane. Unique way to take off and everything.
Thanks @T8flightcrafts @XjayIndustrys @BRuthless @MrKoT @Tang0five @DankDorito
@Benny3053 no problem. I love to help others improve. Gives me better builds to play with.
@Benny3053 bigger is allways better
@EternalDarkness oh wow, that's awesome 😁👍👍 thank you very much! I'll try it
I suggest this.
@AircroftDesigin it's a hopper, it doesn't have to be big :)
@EternalDarkness I will try to change things up, what would you like to see/what would you suggest?
A bit small for me but still cool
You really ought to learn how to panel canopies. These are getting a bit repetitive.
