purely fictional airline that i made up in like 2 minutes
flight 231 was a scheduled flight from wright island to Yegar airport . At around 15:35 a crack started to appear in the aft pressure bulkhead of the airliner . at 15:50 the bulkhead failed and the aircraft experienced an explosive decompression
the rudder and engine no. 1 & 2 failed (engine no.1 detached from the airplane leaving behind a trail of fuel and engine no.2 was ripped in half by the pressure escaping through the tight hole . the pilot had trouble pitching the aircraft since the hydraulics were damaged but they still had control over the aircraft.
the airplane and its 134 pax and 5 crew landed at wright
23 people sustained minor injuries and 5 passengers some broken bones from the decompression

An investigation was launched and they discovered that a maintenance worker purposefully damaged the bulkhead for unknown reason (probably revenge )
they arrested the worker and was sent to the gul-.... uhm i mean jail

The aircraft didn't crash but if you want to imagine how it would crash i included a (kaboom plane) :)
