I spent an embarassingly long time on this. Its supposed to be a half-tank, half-APC type vehicle. AG1 for differential steering, AG2 + Throttle for amphibious mode. The buoyancy and the gyroscope might get a bit weird some time, and occasionally the uh, not up-to-par water physics will make the vehicle start to spin out in the water (of which you can barely recover from).
