I know some have made slower, but this is my best attempt. Minimum speed for stable flight is about 65mph and the top speed at level flight is 85mph. To reach maximum slow, move the VTOL slider(airbrakes) up to a bit below the first notch, it may take a bit to find the right spot, but just keep moving it until the plane slows or speeds up to about 65mph. It fully crossed Yeager's runway in about 60 seconds. Have fun being being slower than most cars!
