"So, you've got the guts to fight yet?"

The main antagonist of my Ace Combat Zero but with WW2 Planes video, this plane is an experimental twin engined interceptor aircraft designed by the Belkans in mid 1945, which really is just a mix between a Horten 229, He-162, Ta-283, and Bf-110. It is armed with four Mk 108 30mm cannons, one Laserstrahler-1 laser beam weapon, and two Ruhrstahl X-4 MCLOS air to air missiles, it also had a Liechtenstein B/C air search radar. The max speed of the plane is around 600km/h and a service ceiling of 12,000 meters.

In 1934, the Pure Belkan Party (PBP) rose to power and sought to expand Belka's territory in an expansion campaign, so in 1938 the Belkans began to invade eastward, eventually taking Fato, Wielvakia, Ratio, and Nordlands by 1940, they then attempted to invade Erusea through the channel, but couldn't establish an air superiority due to the toughness of the Royal Erusean Air Force, particularly due to the use of their Spitfire, so for the remainder of the war, Erusea remains free from an invasion.

In 1941, Belka invaded the Osean Federation, in the earlier phase of the invasion Belka conquered quite a lot of territory and is rapidly advancing towards the capital of Osea, Bana City, however a combination of bad weather and mismanagement of supply lines halted their advanced by a lot, by late 1943 Belka's advances barely made any progress, this is when the Osean army on the northern side discovered a weak point on Belkan invaded territory, and thus they proceed to attack and manage to cut off Belka's invasion force from the mainland, in just a few months in 1944, Belka's troops in Osea are nothing but wiped out.

After Belka's invasion are wiped out, Osea began to advance into the mainland, in response Belka sent troops from the Eastern Front to the Western Front, which abled resistance movements and allied armies to liberate entire cities (and by late war, countries), they even managed to infiltrate Belkan society and create a Belkan resistance movement, more on that later.

Now, enter Gary Folk, a fighter pilot from Belka fighting for Osea, he wasn't a big fan of the PBP, so he switched sides at the earliest convenience, he left for Osea in 1937 and joined the air force a year later, just in time for the news of the initial invasion, he later volunteered for the 102nd Foreign Fighter Squadron considering his Belkan background, meeting Cifre in the process and becoming his wingman, bearing the callsign Pixie, thus they both created the Golem team (in the video it's called Mal but the pronunciation is just not delicious), Pixie flew the P-51D.

Together they many battles throughout the war, from the grounds of Osea to the entrance of Dinsmark, in one mission they were tasked with Close Air Support for a Belkan resistance movement trying to capture a small town in western Belka, this town is a critical objective for the allies so it is imperative that they succeed in capturing it, the CAS squadron managed to destroy some ground targets and a lone Fieseler Fi 156 Storch that tried to take on the CAS planes, the resistance movement managed to drive most of the enemy troops out of the city, however the civilians on the town refused the resistance, not just their presence but the resistance in general, the troops try to 'shoo' them away but they just wouldn't back down, so the allied commanders decided to do something rather unprecedented, they labeled the defiant civilians as enemy combatants, and then basically, weapons free.

This obviously shocked the allies, but the war is still continuing so they'll "deal with it later" (A.K.A not doing anything about it because they won), and everyone seemed to just be contend with it, except the other side, they went full on propaganda rampage shaming the allies for what they did.

This fact didn't sit well with Pixie, he soon became skeptical of the allies, this skepticism was confirmed when just a few days after the incident the allies burned a town for nothing, he soon sees the allies as nothing but barbarians, he had also listened intently to Belkan propaganda, at first to debunk their claims but now because he's considering switching sides, and, so to say, he's kinda convinced because he thought he was fighting for the people of Belka, but his side does this?

So, he made up his mind, and defected.

A few weeks later the Belkan government was overthrown by the Belkan resistance, the government building was stormed and it's occupants arrested and later executed, however top members of the Belkan government was able to evade capture and escape into the small island below Wellow just above Belka (oh and they changed their name to Belkan Blüth), they've also took the remaining loyal armies and their advanced weapons, such as the Type XXR, the V-2, and this one, the Type 46.

On the island, they made an ultimatum, remove all Belkan resistance and allied forces from the capital, or get absolutely nuked by an fleet of V-2s, but the Allies chose to invade that island instead, conquering it just in time as one V2 is launched, just before all the Belkans there are removed from existence however, one final battle took place between a legendary ace and his version of Sir Lancelot, the great knight who betrayed King Arthur, Cifre and Pixie, with Cifre ending on the winning side, that's also where this plane's nickname, Lancer, came from.

So in short, basically World War ll but on Strangereal with Strangereal style turn of events.
