The XLCAS (Experemental Light-Weight Close Air Support) is well… a c l o s e a i r s u p p o r t a i r c r a f t (no s*, sherlock). Its lightweight, small, doesn’t carry much fuel, carries a decent amount of A-G weapons, including the Boom 550 L O N G B O I Bunker Buster Bomb. It will soon enter combat, under the name A-20 "Flanking Hornet", since it looks like if a F-18 and a SU-33 had a baby, and it was this.
LORE
Back in 2017, when the MF-478 HELLBRINGER was still an XMF, a new strike fighter was imagined by our janitor. (He was immediately promoted to chief engineer, and blueprint drawer.) At the end of the day, we got this; a subsonic fighter-bomber built with air to ground in mind. The cool fact: it can dogfight other planes!
