Radial Burst Missile pod

14.2k Griffon1  3.9 years ago

The radial burst missile is an all-aspect, radar guided missile pod that fires a series of twelve (24, if used in a pair) missiles in a radial fashion.
These missiles then spread out from the launching aircraft, and arc toward the target.
Due to the nature of this weapon, it allows for a full 360° firing arc.
The Radial Burst Missile pod is quite safe to use, as the missiles have no collision with the launching plane. I did this for the sake of versatility so that any plane can use it.
Regardless, it looks really cool when fired, so I thought I'd share it.

Controls:
Select "Micro-Missile Burst 1" and hold fire

    It's all good. I'd say the F-11 should work

    Also I’d like to apologize about bothering you so much about the pods there is just very good money to be made with these

    I’m going to make a demonstration aircraft based on JeffChandlers F-11H to demonstrate both the technology and its compatibility with older airframes. Would you want to operate the Demonstration Aircraft or should Grumman Republic. We could produce another demonstration aircraft based on, say a F-8/A-7, or a F-4B/E for use as a demonstration aircraft for Griffion Industries while Grumman Republic Retains the F-11H

    Actually is it ok if we instead buy one, build our own under license and give you 25 percent of all the profit we get on the pods, or aircraft with pods sold

    @Tomcatbetterthanhornet yeah that sounds fair. I'll give you a 10% discount to make it end up at 3.6 mil again

    As we are currently business partners could we possibly get a discount I’m thinking about including it on one of my new budget fighters

    @Tomcatbetterthanhornet ummmmmm I'd say
    Around 4 mil USD. (3,600,000 for the missiles, 400,000 for the reusable launch platform)
