Background
P-52 is a carrier-capable fighter produced by the U.S. from 1944 to 1945 with the aim of claiming complete air superiority in the Pacific. The plane had a heavily armored cockpit and the deadliest aircraft-mounted offensive armament at the time:
- 1 x anti-ship 150mm cannon shooting HE shells;
- 4 x 50mm cannons shooting AP shells;
- Optional 14 x unguided rockets.
