Pilot manual:

AG1 = Unblocking / locking of the rear wheel (controlled by yaw)
AG8 = Lock the flaps in position (to make the aircraft compatible with the autopilot - Raise them completely and then lock them to insert the autopilot)

VTOL UP = Normal flight
CENTERED VTOL = Takeoff (just close them in the air and the speed goes up)
VTOL DOWN = Landing (Open them after slowing down and lowering the landing gear)

TRIM = TRIM
B = Wheel brakes

The rest of the controls are completely standard.

Model details:

The model is on a 1: 1 scale and is the most accurate I could do compatibly with the game mechanics.

The flaps are fake, but some moving surfaces and aerodynamic brakes hidden in the model make the behavior consistent with the set position.

The landing gear is completely custom, and an aerodynamic brake hidden in the model makes the behavior consistent between the lowered landing gear and the raised landing gear.

Clostermann asserts in his book that the Tempest was five times louder than the Spitfire. To give the illusion of the 24-cylinder Saber engine I hid inside a small miniature T-2000, with a moddated propeller so as not to provide thrust.

20mm guns are moddated and can sink a ship if hit well and repeatedly (but don't destroy a bridge)

There are lots of small "features" and details in the model. Enjoy it.

I don't know if it's the best Hawker Tempest V in SimplePlanes. It is certainly the best I could do.

Manuale del pilota:

Dettagli sul modello:

Il modello è in scala 1:1 ed è il più accurato che sono riuscito a fare compatibilmente con le meccaniche di gioco.

I flaps sono finti, ma alcune superfici mobili e freni aerodinamici nascosti nel modello rendono il comportamento coerente con la posizione impostata.

Il carrello di atterraggio è completamente custom, ed un freno aerodinamico nascosto nel modello rende il comportamento coerente tra carrello di atterraggio abbassato e carrello di atterraggio rialzato.

Clostermann nel suo libro asserisce che il Tempest era cinque volte più rumoroso dello Spitfire. Per dare l'illusione del motore Sabre a 24 cilindri ho nascosto all'interno un piccolo T-2000 in miniatura, con elica moddata in modo da non fornire spinta.

I cannoni da 20 millimetri sono moddati e possono affondare una nave se colpita bene e ripetutamente (ma non distruggere un ponte)

Ci sono un sacco di piccole "features" e dettagli nel modello. Godetevelo.

Non so se sia il miglior Hawker Tempest V in SimplePlanes. Di certo è il migliore che io potessi fare.
