Auto Credit Based on Jundroo's P-51 Mustang
This is the Hanker A-13 Grunt. The A-13 is a design loosely based off of a prototype P-51 Mustang. The A-13 is Hanker America Ltd.’s second aircraft model to actually be ordered into production, and the only one of Hanker’s designs to enter service. The first Hanker aircraft which entered production was the P-1, but thats for another time. The A-13 is powered by a 3,000 hp radial engine, giving it good performance for its time. Armed with three hardpoints, one underbelly and one under each wing, the A-13 was relatively well armed. Gun armament included four .50 caliber HMG’s mounted two in each wing, for strafing runs. The A-13 was also decently maneuverable, allowing it to tango with some heavy fighters if needed.
