Hellcat Mk. III (Royal Navy)
The Grumman F-6F "Hellcat" is an american-built single-engined, carrier-based fighter used in the Pacific Theatre in World War II. In War Thunder, it's a Rank III, BR 3.0 (AB/SB) fighter.
This particular variant was used by the Royal Navy and it boasts:
6 .303 M2 Browning machine guns
1 Mk. 13A Torpedo (from pancelvonat, altough I made it work properly and added some realistic details)
It has a top speed of around 400 mph, an optimal climb angle of 23 degrees, a quite impressive turn rate but a slow turn time. This is not a turn fighter.
Changes from ProcessedPlAnEs' plane:
Remade the main landing gear, as now it is how it was used by the Royal Navy.
New gear door on the rear landing gear
Better lights and light patterns
Arrestor hook and arresting gear
New color
Simplified cockpit
Modified the .303 M2 Brownings
Added the torpedo

Disclaimer:
pancelvonat's TBF, although sporting the Mk. 13A Torpedo, it's not fully functional. When I made it work and used it in my build, he got really pissed off. It's understandable, but please be reasonable. If someone picked up something you made and actually made it work better, how would you feel? I would feel great because someone actually did something that would help me.
Controls:
1 for lights
2 for the arrestor hook
Launch the torpedo with LaunchWeapons

@AnoniMosu Ahhh.... Ok.
different Mark 13. @logizAircrafts
@AnoniMosu Depends on wind speed and direction. That's why the Mk. 13A that was mounted on Hellcats had stabilizing wings.
Mark 13 will destabilise at that height. @logizAircrafts
@AnoniMosu Because the Hellcat dropped the torpedoes higher, at about 2300 feet.
So, why are you complaining when you dropped it at 2300ft? @logizAircrafts
@AnoniMosu Yes.
You do realise, most torpedo drops during the second world war occurs below 100ft.
@logizAircrafts
@AnoniMosu Uhhh... Launched at 2300 feet.
Works perfectly fine. I don’t know what you did to screw up your launch but it shouldn’t be higher than 80ft. @logizAircrafts
@pancelvonat I already made my custom torpedo. Although I want to publish my new version of the F-6F with my custom torpedo, I already posted too many planes today, at least that's what the game says.
@AnoniMosu It happened to me D:
@AnoniMosu It happened. My friend @LotterCrafts also had that problem.
strange...@logizAircrafts
@AnoniMosu I have max physics
try turn physics to high. @logizAircrafts
@AnoniMosu Ok.
Doesn’t do it for me. @logizAircrafts
@AnoniMosu It kinda falls apart when in contact with water. I fixed it and added more details.
@logizAircrafts @pancelvonat ‘s torpedo worked fine. What do you mean?
@DJS8Corporations Thanks
@pancelvonat
Beautiful aircraft bud. ☺😀
Ok. New upvotes. Thank you, @Mumpsy @freedompilot98 @LusKa
