How to control? Throttle up to 100% and retract gear.
Turn VTOL upward. Do not max it or it would be hard to control.
Activate AG1 for Boost and AG2 for light.
You can also use the Steerable Torpedo by Chancey21 attached under the plane.
You can control the torpedo by yaw.
Also, the plane can hover above water.
