I was mistaken in thinking fuel usage affected weight. This is an experiment to test that. But we do not know if it will change, so best to use Weight first, then add fuel just in case. The RCS thrusters were to test if the weight just needed a little jolt to 'reset' the physics, as the experiment is always stationary.
The colors represent where the Center of Mass ought to be as fuel is used. Blue=100%
Green=75%
Yellow=50%
Red=25%
Black=0%.
As Skua pointed out to me, the fuel side will remain heavier, despite having been used up.
