The Vampire DV2 (Darz Version 2) manufactured by Dest20345 It was one of the first jet fighters to join our air force, which played an important role in the protection of vehicles and troops, light attack and interception of aircraft, and thanks to its multipurpose design.
20 units of the first version of the Vampire were purchased in 1945, to later complete a batch of 50 aircraft.
Currently only 15 are in service, despite being too old, together with DARZ AVIATION (Our Aircraft Manufacturer),We have made great efforts to keep them flying, with enormous modifications and updates.

Modifications and updates

To keep them flying, some modifications and updates were made to the original model, making it more efficient, effective and stronger.

Some are:

• More aerodynamic design, alleging nose and other areas.
• Extra fuel tanks built into the aircraft (bulks in the fuselage) provide more range
• New flight systems, such as flaps and a larger engine, increasing speed and airworthiness.
• New spoilers And hook (Landing on aircraft carrier)
• New landing and navigation lighting system
• New weapon position and new weapons like cannons
• New wing folding system
• Added Flares system

Armament:

This updated and modernized version can carry 2 to 3 pylons per wing, with wingtip loading options, this version has two small bombs, with 8 DM1 missiles (own manufacture), two air-ground cannons with 300 rounds and 4 basic machine guns, plus Flares were added.
