CASA/IPTN CN-235-300

Hi Guys, I’m back to posting again!
This time, I made the medium tactical airlifter jointly developed by CASA Spain and IPTN Indonesia, the CN-235-300 with French Air Force (Armée de l’Air) colours. Probably not the best CN-235 online, but I tried my best to made it as simple as possible and mobile-friendly.

The French Air Force is known to operate several units of the CN-235 series aircraft, operating as a medium tactical airlifter. They posses the CN-235-300 version, developed solely by CASA and manufactured in Spain. The CN-235 was originally a joint project between CASA Spain and IPTN Indonesia in the 1980s, to produce a medium regional commuter airliner, but can also function as a military transport plane. Joint development continues for the -10 and -100 version, before the two manufacturer part ways and made their own development from the -200 version on. Majority of the CN-235 in the world was produced in Spain, with Indonesia holding the right to produce and sell the type in Asia-Pacific, as well as African market.

The majority of CN-235 are operated as military transport, but it can also come in several versions such as civilian passenger/cargo transport, maritime patrol/surveillance aircraft (MPA/MSA), anti-submarine/anti-ship warfare (ASW), electronic and signal intelligence, medevac, coast guard, rain maker/fire fighting, search and rescue, and there are proposals to make a gunship variant as well. It is a multipurpose aircraft that can be fitted for a variety of missions.

GUIDE

A little trim adjustment can be done to maintain stable flight during cruising. You can maintain full 100% throttle during cruising as I put quite a lot of fuel in it so keeping a full thrust during flight is not a problem.
The aircraft also has a pretty impressive STOL capability. It can takeoff and land on short runways, even on dirt, grass, sand, or other unprepared airstrips. For better STOL performance during landing, I recommend to maintain a low speed during approach (about 170-190 mph, 8-12% throttle), cut the engine right on touchdown and slam on the brakes. You can use this aircraft to fly to remote regions in the map and land on any unprepared surfaces. A total of 5 cargo pallets fitted with parachutes are also loaded inside the cargo bay. You can airdrop them by using the activation groups on the controls manual below.
For those of you who plays on PC, I recommend to use mouse as joystick for better controls and smooth handlings. Hope you guys enjoy it!

CONTROLS

Activation Group 1 : Signal Lights
Activation Group 3 : Landing Lights
Activation Group 4 : Open upper rear ramp cover door
Activation Group 5 : Deploy rear ramp for loading cars/vehicles (use VTOL first before activating AG 5)
Activation Group 7 : Airdrop the cargo pallets (use VTOL and AG 4 to open the rear ramp door before dropping the cargo)
Trim : Trim
VTOL : Lower the rear ramp door

To airdrop the cargo pallets:
1. Fly at an altitude of around 500 – 1000 ft, decrease throttle to around 20-30%, maintain stable flight.
2. Open the rear ramp door by activating AG 4 and VTOL
3. Activate AG 7 to drop the cargo pallets
4. The cargo pallets will drop in sequence through the ramp door and the parachutes will automatically deploy after being jettisoned from the aircraft.
5. After all pallets have been jettisoned, close the ramp door with AG 4 and VTOL, increase throttle and altitude.
