Yup, it's a semi-model of a Pelican transport (with moving wings!). This one "flies," meaning that it'll get in the air, but after that... To get going, put 100% thrust. Once the ship starts to pitch up and you have a decent amount altitude, move the VTOL slider to about the second to the top. It is best to gently maneuver the craft as it gets very, very twitchy.
