WARNING: REALLY MANUEVERABLE

Intro

Its finally here. Here's the Naval 6th Generation aircraft that can do cool things. About 70-80% of this was built on Computer, and the rest on Mobile. The Cockpit and canopy was made on mobile, since Idk how to make cockpits on Computer. Also, thanks to Noname and B0mbsAway for giving me tips!

Lore

This one is also split into parts.

2010, Project Manta Initiation

In 2009, it was clear that a 6th generation fighter would be needed. So, in 2010, the USL Initiated Project Manta, which would be a 6th generation multirole, all weather, supersonic fighter jet for the USLN. 12 designs were submitted, with LockMartins "F-XXA" aircraft being chosen. The aircraft was planned to have two 3D Thrust Vectoring Turbojet + Ramjet engines, laser, and other things.

2019, Money issues and delays

Project Manta was supposed fly in early 2020, however, budget issues delayed the project for 2 years, and was supposed to fly in 2022, but a war with Indraloka caused a short delay. and the Program didn't start back up until mid-2023.

Early 2025, first prototypes flown

On January 2nd 2025, significant progress was made, 5 prototypes flew for about 45 minutes each, Project Manta (Also known as the F-XXA), was announced a couple of months later. Only 2 incidents happened, the first one happened when Prototype 04 (Testing out the Ramjets) "crashed" into the water, then popped out 45 seconds later, giving the jet its name "Manta Ray." The second one happened when Prototype 02 was testing the thrust vectoring, pulled up then yawed to the right, then the aircraft broke apart mid air. The pilot luckily ejected on time though.

2025, XXA Enters service

In March of 2025, the F-XXA "Manta Ray" entered service with the USLN. The XXA has the ability to "Ultra Cruise," AKA Cruise at Mach 2. The aircraft also has the ability to land to the nearest USLAFB or USLN Carrier after ejection, and if it gets into enemy hands or runs out of fuel and is still in Enemy Territory, the aircraft Self-Destructs! The aircraft also has a laser on its nose that can change its direction to hit the enemy. The XXA carries 1 cruise missile, 2 bombs, and 9 AAMs on its standard loadout. The service version also had the removal of the canards, since they reduced stealth and added more drag and weight.
