Auto Credit Based on AntiSphere's Help!
Based off of the Be-200. VTOL for flaps, 1 for on water manuverability(dont go above 90mph while turning), and 2 for on ground motors(dont go above 20 and turn). I would have added much more detail but some stuff happened in real life and trying to build this plane will just resurface bad memories. Also thanks baallzebub for the cockpit. use the flaps for trim.
