Background
The MPS-20 was developed as a result of a request to AEAD made by the Inner Berusian Police Forces in 2085 to develop a light police shotgun. The IBPF's criteria for the shotgun were: 12 Gauge, pump-action, less than 30" overall length, and 16-round minimum capacity
