Twin-Rotor Autogyro (WhirlyBird)
An Upvote/ Constructive Criticism is always awesome.
This is definitely one of the few working autogyros in this game- it uses free spinning rotors than spin as air passes through them, and provide lift (there are actual aircraft that work like this in real life!).
Make sure to slowly apply throttle on takeoff so that the lifting rotors spin fast enough. If they are, this aircraft should lift off at 60mph. Due to the unique flight characteristics of this craft, it can land at 0mph. This aircraft also works really well as a trainer as it has docile flight characteristics and a wide flight envelope.
I originally designed this aircraft to have a single rotor which tilted to give pitch and roll control like real autogyros, but I soon found out this had undesirable handling characteristics and wanted to oscillate.

Love your autogyro, I tried adding some pivots, it's heaps better than my attempt
@Stingray @FlOu Thanks guys
Great idea
Very well done, this is solid aerodynamics! Easy to fly.
Np, this is a really amazing concept and plane 👍good job!
@CadMonster glad you like it :)
@hadesrocksz thanks, and I'll make a seaplane version soon.
Try making it bouyant
What a fun plane to fly. Very nice!
AMAZING
