the DCS world community has alot of tutorial on F-14 B, which give me a clear pitcture what evething do in the cockpit, and how AOA and wing sweep angle influence the fly characteristics.

KEY FEATURES

EJECTION!

This is my most favorite feature in this design, this faction will allowed pilot to Bail-out very first time, or to duplicate the Goose‘s Death Scene.

Canopy

Close and lock the canopy , we are ready to roll, or Open the canopy afhter setting the parking brake at the end of the flight. Sense of ceremony , you know.

AOA Indicator and WingSweep Angle Indicator

As I said, in F-14 AOA and wing sweep angle can influence the fly characteristics, that the reason why AOA Indicator on the left side of middle panels and WingSweep Angle Indicator on the right side of middle panels.
