• As time progressed, the development of better radars started to boom, eventually making stealth technology seem useless. The only way to avoid being detected is to go out of their range, so going up high is one choice. This plane was designed and built under the codename "Project Mesus", a plan to make a plane that can potentially go higher than the stratosphere. This is an example of one of the earliest planes of this type. The plane itself is mostly made of Reinforced Carbon-Carbon Composite Material, the same material found underneath the Space-Shuttle. The White portion of the plane is made from a mixture of Tantalum Carbide and Tungsten, combining both rigidity and high heat-resistance capabilities. It uses RCS thrusters to maneuver at extremely high altitudes where the air is thin, since control surfaces are useless there.
