PSM P-51 isnt real he cant hurt you
What? Me? A gold user posting an edit of the base game P-51?
Well, its a tech demo so I hope its alright
Well the reason I did this one was to play with supermaneuverability using VTOL nozzles. Ive seen PSM "drives" in the past, and wanted to see if I can kinda replicate it, but I didnt have a simple enough airframe for a testbed.
So I used this one, partly for the comedic factor and partly because the long wings mean good rotational torque
As for the plane itself, its just the default, old P-51 with the ability to stall itself out and flip around like an Ace Combat superplane.
Controls are as you'd expect, with the space key angling the nozzles downwards for some vertical takeoff action. For some reason though, when this is down, the roll axis does Yaw axis things. Dont ask me why.
Hope you enjoy this shitpost of a build while I keep trudging along on my Mech project.

@Griffon1
Exactly!
@TheMouse Oooooh good idea
Thrust vectoring in 1943
You should attach the rotators to the prop engine, so it uses the prop to psm! That would be hilarious!
