HMS Dreadnought of 1906 could do 21 knots.
The Mikasa of 1900 could make 18 knots.
USS Texas (BB-35) Could manage 21 knots.
USS Indiana (BB-1), a rather slow thing designed more for coastal defence than anything, could still do 15 knots.
HMS Warrior, the oceangoing broadside ironclad of 1860, was capable of 14 knots under steam alone.

@Dest20345 Those would be hideously slow battleships. What battleships do you know? Ironclads?

Battlecruisers typically had thinner armour (to a varying degree) and a somewhat lighter main gun battery than contemporary battleships, installed on a longer hull with much higher engine power in order to attain greater speeds. The hull length is the one I am missing and the guns aren't too big
