A twin-engined jet aircraft designed as a multi purpose trainer. It incorporates characteristics of common jet aircraft in a slow package that is maneuverable enough to train in without overwhelming new pilots. It is designed to be slightly unstable without being inherently dangerous, so new pilots can practice techniques for regaining control of stalled or spinning aircraft.

resembling the T-38, YF-17, and X-29, The Twinjet Trainer Mk. 1 by UnstableOrbit, was feature as a stock plane for a short time in Simpleplanes as the only conventional jet aircraft, however it was for some reason fazed out in favor of planes like the Kicking Fish and Pigpen.

Weapons:
This aircraft feature 8 hard points. 7 for arms and external fuel tanks, and one in the aft for a conformal mission pod.
The weapons it is currently armed with are the Guardian (2), Interceptor, and Rocket pod based on the LAU-68, and boom 50 based on the mk-82. all scaled up to irl dimensions, and recoded to irl specs. It features one GPU-5a 30mm canon pod, and one external tank.
The mission pod, on the back, is currently fitted with a countermeasure dispenser and tail hook. these can be swapped out for a drag chute, all though it doesn't need one to land at most airports.
