Yea lets hope. I think last year, the air races I went to, they had Czech Mate, Voodoo, and some of the Fury's like Sawbones and Dreadnought, but other than that, they had some lesser known guys and just simply warbirds racing unlimited. Rear Bear and September Fury were present at the 2016 Reno Air Races, but were only on display and didn't race. Precious Metal's wings were on a trailer saying "Save Precious Metal" after the unfortunate engine fire. RIP Precious Metal.

P-51's and Sea Fury's are the most popular air racers at Reno. Surprised there hasn't been a Spitfire yet. Theirs also been plenty of Corsairs and Bearcats in the past, but as of 2017 the P-51 and Sea Fury is the popular choice for Reno.
