The Tukanov Ursabomber is the Soviet's equivalent to the American Stratebomber, a large versatile heavy bomber that has remained in active service for decades. The swept-wing Cold War era bomber is powered by four powerful turboprop engines, and features what the US intelligence once referred to as an "aggressively teal" instrument panel.
