Yaw for ground steering

Extending leading edges helps make more wing area to increase stability (not lift) during takeoff and landing and provide better angle of attack during high rate turns

Takeoff at 40% throttle and full wing area, keep full up elevator trim
Landing at minimal throttle, 20% for climb outs and go arounds
Cruise at >15,000 feet and 60% throttle
Brake lightly to avoid wobbles and eventually rolling over
