VTOL setting @ 2nd bar from top. Full throttle, overfly USS Tiny, liftoff occurs in water between 60-80 mph. Possible to navigate to 10,000 feet and 110 mph. Tricky but possible; enjoy the ride! (This is my Prototype Avengers Carrier model).

50.4k StingrayThanks @ctracerx2 This one took many attempts - full deck carrier water launch & land and fly over the hills!9.9 years ago

46.8k JMicah4I got a pretty good tablet I just don't have time right now.9.9 years ago

50.4k StingrayOkay, BTW phones don't run this model - a fast tablet or desktop will. All parts are standard, no beta stuff. @JMicah49.9 years ago

46.8k JMicah4I can't tell you how it works yet 😞9.9 years ago

50.4k StingrayThanks! @WeirdreadedRedbeard Glad you figured out how to adjust thrust & use RCS stabilizers as they were intended. I've done dives, leveled out and returned to steady climbs, but must admit this took some practice.9.9 years ago

742 WeirdheadedRedbeardI had a blast. brought it to 5000 ft. cut to 50% power coasted without rcn to 1500. activated rcn to aid pitch. at 200 ft power off to slow then full power for a suicide burn! *ace ventura voice* like a glove! it glided right onto the water at 100 mph and about a 3:1 glide slope.9.9 years ago

50.4k StingrayThank @jacobhardy64 Yes a fast tbalet or desktop is needed, I wouldn't try this on my phone.9.9 years ago
-
25.2k JacobHardy64AWESOME, but it won't run well enough to test in my phone (obviously) so on Monday I can tell you how it works...9.9 years ago

50.4k Stingray@ctracerx2 This was one of my flying ship prototypes, like a WIP but amazed I could fly it on my tablet.9.9 years ago

50.4k StingrayThe blades must blow uo either on the water or on you device, works fine on my ipad tablet, medium resulolution. Probably will not work on all devices (most SP stuff has difficulty on my mobile phone).9.9 years ago
-
50.4k StingrayYes for takeoff, start with half throttle, gradually move VTOL up to second bar then go full throttle - FORWARD motion is required for a smoother climb. Start out by just reaching and lifting over the Tiny; going up to 10,000 feet is tricky yet the model has full pitch, yaw, roll and thrust needed to level out around 2,000 feet, beter than some SP things I've downloaded & tried.9.9 years ago
