can someone show me how to make the windows look good and how i can make it fly a bit more realitic?

still clueless about the windows tho
@Cleptrophese i think my main problem is that it has too much power and drag
i recently started playing around with this plane and i got to xml about every single part. i massively removed drag, added weight and removed power. it made it fly better but not yet realistic enough for me to be satisfied. i am planning on going further with this in the future, maybe when i understand more about aircraft.
Neat little plane! As an amateur myself, I'm afraid I may not be much help, but perhaps add fuel to the fuselage sections in front of the centre of mass, and If that's not enough, maybe some dead weight, as well. One more thing, not sure if this will help, it may just be personal preference, but maybe adjust the wings so they start in the outward position for takeoff. May help, may not. Again, as I myself am an amateur, I can only guess at how to fix it. Hope this helps!
