-has a hull based from the arleigh burke 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿
-has a superstructure based off the type 45 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿

yet still designated as a 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿

LORE:
After losing countless ships and billions worth in damages from approximately sixty-nine thousand four hundred twenty cleaver missiles fired by goofy supermaneurable player made fighter planes, the SP Navy had decided that it is in need of a new ship that can fulfill escort duties and 1v1 naval warfare with heavy anti-air capabilities along with projectile interception capabilities. And in the process the SPN-9 was built, tested, and deployed.
