@USAMustang's fantastic XS-10 swing-wing fighter with a few extras added. Just a couple of little things like a steerable nose wheel, trimming on the all-movable tailplanes, flaps and additional air brakes. And yes, I got bored so I built a custom VR cockpit just as well. Still, the most work was done by @USAMustang building the original plane. so please don't upvote me before first upvoting him. Really.
Flying: VTOL slider halfway up extends the flaps. Do this on takeoff and the plane will rise all by itself. VTOL slider forwards swings the wings back. VTOL all the way down opens the wing air brakes. Do this on the very last leg of your landing approach to quickly bleed off speed and loose that last feet of height.
The rest is still: AG1: Cockpit, AG2: Tailhook, AG3: afterburner.
