Vertical Rover

Vertical Rover scales the steepest cliff walls and comes down the other side. Climbs up and inside the volcano then up and out the other side.

  • VTOL up for traction forward, down for traction reverse.

  • TRIM up for main power forward.

  • TRIM down for reverse engines (power them up just as your cresting the summit before your descent).

  • YAW for steering and RCN steering assist.

  • AG 1 for parachute and release (use when descent is out of control or after a glide).

  • AG 2 activates gyroscope during gliding (gliding is possible when driving off more level mountain tops).

  • PITCH uses RCNs for more stabile gliding.

Take steeper inclines at slower speeds for stable steering—especially when vertical terrain is uneven. The Incline steering is like driving on ice, so keep your finger on the steering and swerve skillfully to maintain or return to your direction.

Switch to orbit view before cresting summit so you can see what’s on the other side for descent prep (and also because it looks pretty cool).Parachutes are distributed so that Rover can land vertically and begin climbing again.

Completely understandable. I mean, I doubt the creators of this game thought this was possible. 😂 @Tarquez

@SwordMan260, I followed someone’s suggestion on here. You need to copy and past the correct link format. I believe it starts with (!). I did it on my Mac, not iPad and my daughter is using it now, but when I get on it again, I’ll post another reply here.

@AWESOMENESS360, Thanks... did you try gliding off a level cliff edge? If you parachute just right, you land on the side of another wall, already to start climbing up again after chute detachment.

This is super fun to play around with, especially inside the volcano like you said!
