Attempted VTOL but couldn't balence it. the turning is quite slow and it dips down a fair amount but it is flyable. note that it does take some time to get up off the runway

Oh, thank you:)@CaptainRex33
@Jpeggers heh, sorry I shall try to return the favor
@CaptainRex33 I can no longer spotlight your stuff! You've over taken me in points!
I suppose it's unpredictable. @CaptainRex33
@Jpeggers for me the issue was that upon doing that it moved the center of mass too far down since inside the belly was where the VTOL engines were located resulting in the center of lift being above the center of mass and the plane spinning out on any slight turns, I could hover it and fly straight but any maneuver was fatal.
Try to align the Centor of Mass directly on top of the Centre of Thrust. This makes for an able VTOL aircraft:)@CaptainRex33
@Jpeggers I intended to make the B but am still new so failed, I might rebuild it to complement the other models but for now I'm just going to call it a genaric F35
Don't you want to specify which F-35 it is? The F-35B is the VTOL version and the A and C models are for land and sea operations. Still, very nice effort!
Very nice!!!
