It is a new challenge made by me:
RULES:
1 - Create a plane that can take-off and climb to 40,000ft in as little time as possible. It also has to have to be able to go to 70,000 feet
2 - NO External engines, fuel or such
3 - NO Modded parts
4 - It CANNOT be a plane you already posetd
5 - It cannot be a successor design to anyone else's, has to be brand new

Grading: I will decide the points as following:
1 - 10pts Climb rate
2 - 10 Pts Service Ceiling
Extra pts:
3 pts design
3 points USS Tiny takeoff
4 Points no wobbliness or self rolling/pitching

All entries get 5 star ratings
1st place gets 5star +4 more 5 star on planes of his own
2nd place gets 5star +3 || || || || || || || ||
3rd place gets 5star +2 || || || || || || || ||
4th place gets 5star +1 || || || || || || || ||
If you got one of those top 4 positions but you don't have any more planes for me to grade, tag me when you make new planes and I will grade them the way I said.

Well guys my challenge comes to an end. My own airplane would climb from 0 to 40,000 ft in 37 seconds, and the ONLY person that submitted it didn't actually get to beat it. Ok: the winner is..... jlewisifer with his cloud ripper plane. He was the only submittor, but I loved his plane. OK here are the points.
Climb rate: 0 to 40,000ft in 44 sec (less than my own but I can't win) ------ 9pts
Service Ceiling: ~85,000ft ----- 10pts
Design ------ 3pts: It looks outstanding!
Uss Tiny: 3 pts: This thing is amazing.
No wobliness/self pitching: 4 pts, it flies very smooth!

@jlewisifer congrats! Even tough you were the only submitter, your plane was outstanding! 1st place goes to you! Ill be rating your planes soon as I promissed
