In general I would say it needs more lift so add more wing area too. It’s still a nice start though
Oooh also add a verticale stabiliser
Try to get the CoM in front of the CoL. Remove the front landing gear and replace it with a tail one instead too. If you stretch the front of the fuselage further and add some weight to it, it’ll fly just fine
