IMPORTANT!!! This is my first upload. Sorry if it didn't meet your expectations. So here is a tanker ship. It is propelled by jet engines (I don't know how to make propellers that spin in water) and balanced by gyroscopes (activation group 8). CONTROLS: Engines - Throttle, Steering - Roll, Rope with magnet (activation group 2) - VTOL up, Pistons to stop the ship while near coast - VTOL down.

@DumbPlaneMaker to make it balance without gyros you need to make it wider.

You only need one gyro right on the CoM, the red bubble when you bring up the CoM, CoT, CoL.
    .
You can have a vtol nozzle, and make turn it so it's on the deck, for your turn, just have it on yaw or what ever your doing for turn.
    .
To make a prop work underwater, you cant, but if you have a tiny bit out of the water then it will work.
    .
Just a few things to help you out, it looks good for a first ship, mine looked like garbage, this is way better than that was.
