ACV-9000X
Designer: ATLAS WEAPONS TECHNOLOGIES
Year of Introduction: 2020
Role: Experimental anti-fleet missile
Continued development of the ADMM system on the TF-74 Vixen sparked an interest in designing a powerful yet compact weapon utilizing the same technology. A few designs were proposed including a ground vehicle based weapon for close anti-air support, but the one that showed the most promise was the advanced ACV-9000X. It is derived from the ACV-99 and due to it's modular design it was chosen for the new project. The ACV-9000X is an enlarged version of the ACV-99 which is equipped with a small ADMM unit. It carries six of the same ADMM missiles found on the Vixen to engage multiple surface targets or concentrated on a single target to overwhelm CIWS or other defense systems such as the Trophy system.
Controls:
Lock onto target
Select the Laser Designator and lock onto new targets or the same one
Press AGs 1,2,and 3 to fire ADMMs (1 Ag= 4 submunitions)
Note: Be sure to fly level and fire ADMMs at an altitude no lower than 2000 feet.
